Domestic Shipping Rates

Once your order has been confirmed and authorized, it will be processed within five business days. Please note that we do not ship orders on weekends and holidays. If you have any questions regarding the status of your order at anytime, please e-mail us at info@freemanbeauty.com.

  • Deliveries to P.O. Box and APO/FPO Military addresses will not be accepted due to UPS regulations.
  • If you live in Hawaii or Alaska, please select the Alaska/Hawaii selection under shipping method.
  • All orders from Canada must be shipped via UPS WorldWide Canada and will take longer than 5 business days. Please note, Canadian custom charges may also apply.

International Shipping & APO/AP Military Addresses
Currently, Freeman Beauty Labs ships strictly to the 50 United States and Canada. Shipments to U.S territories (such as Puerto Rico and Guam) are not available at this time.

In order to make purchases on Freeman Beauty Labs, you must have both a shipping address and credit card billing address within the United States. In addition, the issueing bank must be based in the United States.

Freeman Beauty Labs does not ship to P.O. Boxes or FPO/APO/AP addresses.

How will Freemanbeauty.com bill me when I make a purchase?

Upon placing your order on freemanbeauty.com, we will authorize the amount of your purchase plus any applicable sales tax and shipping fees to the credit card you provided during checkout. Freemanbeauty.com will collect payment or charge your account only when the order is shipped from our warehouse.


The Freeman Beauty Labs charge will be listed on your credit card bill as: pHBeauty.com

Policies

Changes to Online Orders
Order changes may be made if the order has not yet been released for shipment. Adjustments to orders currently in process may be accommodated by sending your request to info@freemanbeauty.com

Returns and Exchanges for Online Orders
We hope that you are satisfied with your Freeman Beauty Labs products. If however, you are not completely satisfied, return your item in its original packaging along with receipt within 30 days of purchase to:

Refunds for Online Orders
Refunds will be given for the price on your product & sales tax. Shipping costs will not be refunded. Products purchased through Freeman Beauty Labs may not be returned/exchanged at retail locations that sell Freeman products. Any further questions should be directed to our online customer service at info@freemanbeauty.com. Exchanges should be forwarded to the above address and include receipt. Depending on the value of product returned, you should consider insuring your shipment. Freeman Beauty Labs is not responsible for lost or stolen items during transit.

Returns for Items Purchased at a Retail Location
We do not offer a money back guarantee policy. Any attempts to return a product have to be done through the store you purchased the product from. Please note that different stores may have different return policies.

Freeman Beauty Labs can only accept orders online. Shopping on our site is safe and secure, and we never distribute your personal information to third party vendors.

Are Freeman products animal friendly?
No animals are killed or harmed to produce Freeman products. As stated on our package, Freeman products are tested on friends and family, not animals, and contain no animal ingredients.

How can I get free samples of Freeman products?
We do not produce products in sample sizes.
The best way to sample our products is to watch for coupons in newspapers and take advantage of the special offers at retail that reduce prices on new store and existing products. Also, from time to time we will do giveaways on our website or in magazines.

How can I get coupons for Freeman products?
Freeman Beauty Labs does not have a consumer coupon program. Please check your local newspapers and store circulars as they will often run product specials. You can also check out our website at
www.freemanbeauty.com as we will periodically do online promotions.

How long can I keep Freeman products before they expire?
With most beauty products, it is safe to say they are good for about a year. It is recommended that product older than that be discarded.
