"Absolutely LOVE this cleanser. Tiny amount goes a long way. I do not wear makeup so I cannot say if it is good for taken care of that, but what it does for my skin is that it leaves it so smooth and soft. My face just feels amazing after washing with this cleanser! The scent is VERY strong, very, very, very! I love it though, but if you don't like pear, skip this product."

"I have used this cleanser for years now and I still love it. It has a very slight pear/apple fragrance and it is very cleansing. I have normal/combo skin that can sometimes be dry since I live in CO but this cleanser never leaves my skin dry. It thoroughly cleanses and leaves my skin feeling smooth.It has a little bit of salicylic acid in it which helps keep my pores clear. I would even recommend it for those with oily skin."

"This is a gentle scrub that can be used daily. It has a pleasant fragrance. Also doesn't leave a grainy residue in the bathroom sink. I also use the more "heavy duty" St. Ives Apricot scrub in the shower, and that is quite good combined with the St. Ives facial moisturizer. The Freeman pear scrub is nice to use and my makeup goes on more easily."
