"I have adult acne, and this stuff really does help heal the acne on my face and shoulders; even though it's labeled a "Body Scrub", it's gentle enough to use on my face (Just don't scrub too hard!). It has salt in it, which helps kill bacteria and also exfoliates very well, and the guava in it leaves my skin soft and smooth. I've been a big fan of Freeman products since I first started getting acne as a pre-teen, so I already had high expectations for this scrub. It worked as well as I had hoped, and had the added plus of not being too oily, which I was worried about at first."
