"I adore this scrub. I usually put this on in the shower and leave it on while I shampoo and apply my body wash. I rinse it off and it leaves my skin so smooth and slightly tingly. There are scrubbing particles that are not too abrasive, I think it provides enough friction to augment the fruit enzymes to exfoliate the skin. I find this scrub gentle enough to use 3-4 times a week. This product works really well for being so reasonably priced. I usually follow this up with the Superfruit Peel Off mask.
